Return Policy

At Hificliq, we are committed to ensure that you have a hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience. You may have received a dead-on arrival or malfunctioning product; you can ask for an exchange or refund for the former and only an exchange for the Latter. Returns should be made within 7 Days of your Purchase. (For example, if you receive your product on 1st Dec, the last day to return your product is 7th of December). Product should be in original condition, undamaged Packing. Any Item(s) being returned should also be returned with all accessories; manuals that may have been bundled with the main Product. Product should be accompanied with original sales invoice along with returning Item(s). In case of returns, please mail us the product details along with your order reference number and return reason along with pictures of Items. 

Hificliq Reserves the rights to deduct handling charges from the product being returned and process your refunds in case of product physically damaged and Malfunctioning.
